poor ventilation undersized unit

i found the room to be insufficiently ventilated the thermostat did not seem to function properly there was a vent near the door and in the bathroom but no air circulated i felt confined it reached 74f at 8 pm i contacted the front desk their suggestion was to activate the air conditioner and lower the thermostat settings this adjustment had already been implemented the window unit was noticeably undersized for the space and produced considerable noise

friendly staff easy parking

the hotel location allowed easy access to the beach i could walk there in minutes i also found the pub being attached a bonus it had live music on friday. the front desk staff were helpful and friendly i got easy parking on site

great location friendly staff

the location was amazing! it was very close to many restaurants and stanley park. the staff were helpful and friendly!!!

the hotel seemed quite old and it was quite noisy outside with street noise.
